Slovenia takes out EUR 700m in fresh borrowing
Ljubljana, 21 September - Slovenia has completed a EUR 700m dual-tranche bond tap by expanding the 24-year bond issued in the autumn 2016 and a ten-year bond issued in January this year. The government also bought back dollar bonds worth 333.6m due for payment in 2022 and 2023 and swapped US$523.4m of these bonds for US$528.8m bonds due in 2024.
