Adris launches dispute over Sava Re takeover rejection
Ljubljana, 21 September - Adris Grupa has launched an administrative dispute over the decision of the Slovenian insurance watchdog to deny the Croatian company regulatory clearance to increase its stake in Slovenian insurance group Sava Re to 33%, the news web portal Siol.net reported on Thursday.
