Debate on rail upgrade hears accusations of stealing, lying

Ljubljana, 22 September - The final televised debate ahead of Sunday's referendum on the Koper-Divača rail upgrade saw a heated exchange of the main reservations and arguments in favour of the government's project. The costs, estimated at EUR 961m, were one of the focal points in the discussion, which also drifted into accusations of lying and stealing.
