Early vote gives little indication of referendum turnout

Ljubljana, 22 September - Just over 14,000 voters or 0.83% of those eligible to vote in Sunday's referendum on the Koper-Divača rail project cast their ballots in early voting, data from the Electoral Commission shows. Compared to the early vote turnout in the previous referenda, the figure gives little indication whether the vote will be quorate.
