Slovenia joins European Week of Sport with various events
Ljubljana, 23 September - A number of sports events will take place in Slovenia this week, as the European Week of Sport gets under way today. The European Commission-sponsored campaign promotes sports and physical activity. Slovenians seem to be the exception to sedentary Europeans, being the only EU country where the number of physically active people is increasing.
