Caravan maker Adria Mobil sold to France's Trigano
Ljubljana, 22 September - French car making group Trigano has acquired Slovenia's Adria Mobil, one of Europe's leading caravan makers, by taking over the company which controls Adria Mobil through the indebted ACH conglomerate. The deal is reportedly worth some EUR 200m.
