Ljubljana, 23 September - Prime Minister Miro Cerar's anaemic speech at the UN General Assembly was followed by him trying to show resoluteness by using the Slovenian media to cancel the upcoming meeting in Zagreb with Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenković, but this was only a show for the domestic public, Dnevnik comments on Saturday.
