Voters to decide on the fate of Koper-Divača rail expansion

Ljubljana, 24 September - Around 1.7 million Slovenian voters will have the opportunity to cast their votes to decide on whether to implement a law on financing the rail between the port of Koper and the Divača inland hub. As the latest polls indicate a fairly even split in the public, it seems that turnout will be the decisive factor.
