Turnout until 4 PM indicates Koper rail track referendum to fail

Ljubljana, 24 September - Slightly over 245,000 voters or 14.30% of the electorate turned out for voting by 4 PM in today's referendum on a government law governing an upgrade of a rail link to the Koper port. The figure indicates the quorum of rejection by 20% of all voters is unlikely to be met.
