Rail expansion law upheld in referendum
Ljubljana, 24 September - The law governing the expansion of the Divača-Koper railway was upheld in a referendum on Sunday as over 53% of those who cast their ballots endorsed the government's project over objections by opponents that the plan is too expansive and risky.
