Delo calls referendum a slap in the face

Ljubljana, 25 September - The newspaper Delo says in Monday's commentary that the referendum on the Koper-Divača rail expansion is yet another one that should have never been held, as EUR 3.5m was spent for nothing. The referendum has only shown the atmosphere in the country, the paper says.
