Makovec Brenčič proposes voting rights for youth, presidential veto

Ljubljana, 26 September - Presidential candidate Maja Makovec Brenčič of the ruling Modern Centre Party (SMC) plans on expanding the right to vote to the young as of 16 and introduce a constitutional presidential veto. If elected, she would also promote life-long learning, exercise and sustainable development.
