Daily says referendum on concessions does not address patients

Ljubljana, 27 September - The newspaper Dnevnik says in Wednesday's commentary that it is not sure whether the referendum campaign launched by private practitioners over the legislation restricting their work for the public health system will succeed as it deals with topics that people find hard to identify with.
