Ljubljana, 27 September - It will be moderately to predominantly cloudy and mostly dry in most parts of the country on Thursday. Only the western Primorsko region will slithlty more sun. Morning lows will range from 7 to 13 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 16 to 20, up to 23 in Primorsko.
