Delo feels govt not doing enough with favourable budget situation

Ljubljana, 29 September - Commenting on the first planned budget surplus since 2007, the newspaper Delo says on Friday that the budgetary debate is now moving to parliament and that those wishing that past financial and wage injustices be fixed are now hoping for more understanding from the decision makers.
