Speaker Brglez endorses Catalan independence vote

Ljubljana/Barcelona, 29 September - The Catalans have the right to self-determination, Slovenian parliamentary Speaker Milan Brglez said on Friday, as he called a special statement to the press on Sunday's Catalan independence referendum.
