Delo calls Spain's reaction to Catalan independence efforts disgrace

Ljubljana, 2 October - The result of the Catalan referendum on Sunday will be a new turning point, but the actions of Spain in the period leading to the vote and on the referendum day have shown that Spain is not a democracy, the newspaper Delo says in Monday's front-page commentary.
