President can only be dismissed by top court
Ljubljana, 4 October - Only the Constitutional Court has the power to dismiss the president of Slovenia, provided they have acted in violation of the Constitution or seriously breached law. To date, only former President Danilo Türk faced impeachment, but the motion was defeated in parliament.
