Slovenia progressive in public sector data opening, debate hears

Ljubljana, 4 October - Slovenia is making progress in cloud computing infrastructure and open data, but the country needs to strive to become a "gigabit" society, as data is the oil of the digital era, the third Festival of Public Sector Open Data heard in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
