Protocol signed for construction of express way in SE
Črnomelj, 6 October - Construction works on an 18-kilometre section of the southern branch of the third development axis between Novo mesto and the south-eastern Bela krajina region will begin in 2019, Infrastructure Minister Peter Gašperšič announced as he signed the construction protocol in the town of Črnomelj on Friday.
