Mountaineer Franc Knez dies in mountain accident

Ljubljana, 8 October - Franc Knez, an experienced Slovenian mountaineer who pioneered many routes, died aged 62 while climbing in the area of Laško, north-eastern Slovenia, on Friday evening.
