Minister hails EU public prosecution, urges changes to criminal procedure

Luxembourg, 12 October - Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič hailed Thursday's adoption of legislation paving the way to the European Public Prosecutor's Office as a "historic moment", while taking the occasion to call for changes of the criminal procedure in Slovenia after relevant legislation was recently vetoed in the upper chamber.
