Ljubljana, 15 October - The National Assembly is opening a busy session on Monday to tackle legislation spanning from construction to defence and plans to bail out hospitals. A vote will also be held in a bid to overrun a suspensive veto imposed on the highly controversial amendments to the criminal procedure act.
