Jurists discuss challenges in border arbitration implementation

Portorož, 13 October - Jurists discussed challenges in implementing the arbitration ruling on the Slovenia-Croatia border as Croatia continues to ignore it. Marko Pavliha told the annual Days of Slovenian Jurists on Friday that while EU law was on Slovenia's side, the country would have little chance of success if it took Croatia to court.
