Report: SIJ to sell its 78% stake in Perutnina Ptuj to owner

Ljubljana, 14 October - The newspaper Delo reported on Saturday quoting unofficial information that steel maker SIJ is planning to sell its 78% in poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj to its indirect owner, the Russian family Zubitsky, which would establish a special company for this purpose. SIJ has neither denied nor confirmed the report.
