Cerar accuses Croatian PM of dodging dialogue

Brussels, 19 October - Prime Minister Miro Cerar has accused his Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenković of avoiding dialogue over the implementation of the border arbitration tribunal's award. Plenković is "pretending ignorance," Cerar said upon arrival at the EU summit in Brussels on Thursday.
