Koper diocese celebrating 40 years of re-establishment

Koper, 21 October - The Diocese of Koper is celebrating 40 years since it was re-established on 17 October 1977 by Pope Paul VI and expanded to include Slovenian areas that were served by neighbouring dioceses before WWII. The anniversary will be celebrated by mass delivered by the apostolic nuncio to Slovenia, Archbishop Juliusz Janusz.
