Preliminary results: Pahor-Šarec run-off almost certain, turnout at 41%

Ljubljana, 22 October - The preliminary results of Sunday's presidential election indicate a run-off vote will be held on 12 November featuring incumbent Borut Pahor and Kamnik Mayor Marjan Šarec. After 78.09% of the votes counted, Pahor has 47.32% support and Šarec 24.88%. Turnout is currently estimated at 41.5%, the lowest to date.
