Analysts say turnout played key role in Sunday's vote

Ljubljana, 23 October - Public opinion experts Nikola Damjanić and Igor Oman have highlighted the role the low turnout played on Sunday in bringing about a presidential run-off despite many polls forecasting a single-round victory by incumbent Borut Pahor.
