Dnevnik says EU missed opportunity to make breakthrough

Ljubljana, 24 October - The most recent EU summit was the last opportunity before the December summit, when the EU is supposed to present to its citizens a clearer picture of what it wants to be in the future, to make a breakthrough in the reform process, the newspaper Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary.
