Ferdo, the Big Bird wins picture book prize

Ljubljana, 23 October - Ferdo, the Big Bird (Ferdo, veliki ptič), a picture book about being different by Andreja Peklar, has won this year's Kristina Brenk prize for the best Slovenian original picture book. The jury labelled the book without text an excellent artistic achievement.
