State to pay EUR 36,000 over death of psychiatric patient
Strasbourg, 24 October - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ordered Slovenia to pay EUR 36,000 in compensation to the mother of a psychiatric patient who died during an attempt by the police and medical staff to get him forcefully hospitalised.
