Two major trade union confederations merging to have more say

Ljubljana, 25 October - Two major trade union confederations, the ZSSS and the KSS Pergam, have confirmed they will merge by the beginning of next year. The move was triggered by the realisation that "the fragmentation of trade unions is a weakness", the recently endorsed ZSSS head Lidija Jerkič told reporters on Wednesday.
