Immigration driving Slovenia's population increase
Ljubljana, 27 October - Slovenia had a population of 2,066,161 in July 2017, almost 2,000 more than in the year before and broadly in line with long-term trends. The population increase is driven primarily by immigration, the latest Statistics Office figures show.
