NGOs warn against Multilateral Investment Court project

Ljubljana, 27 October - Representatives of foreign NGOs warned at an event in Ljubljana on Friday against potential negative consequences of the establishment of a Multilateral Investment Court, which is expected to bring reform of the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism at the EU level.
