Govt proposes raising of social benefit payment to EUR 331

Ljubljana, 27 October - The government has opened public debate on a legislative proposal to raise the monthly social benefit payment by 11% to EUR 331. The changes to the social benefits act drafted by the Labour, the Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities Ministry, are expected to enter into force on 1 May 2018.
