Perutnina Ptuj owners oppose dividing profit

Ptuj, 30 October - The shareholders of poultry maker Perutnina Ptuj, the biggest being the Russian-owned steel group SIJ, decided on Monday that the EUR 6.85m in distributable profit will remain undistributed despite calls for dividends from smaller shareholders. They also confirmed a proposal to transfer a part of assets to subsidiary PP Agro.
