Batagelj appointed to Certa Holding supervisory board

Cerkno, 30 October - The shareholders of Certa Holding replaced supervisors at Monday's AGM after the Postojna Cave operator bought a near-majority stake in the holding that controls major corporate players in and around Cerkno. Marjan Batagelj, the boss of Postojnska jama, was appointed to the board.
