Banka Slovenije challenging central bank act at top court

Ljubljana, 30 October - Banka Slovenije has asked the Constitutional Court to review the parts of the central bank act related to the auditing by the Court of Audit. The bank said in a press release on Monday it wanted the law to be stayed temporarily and that its request be treated as absolute priority.
