Delo looks at the state of war in Syria

Ljubljana, 4 November - As Syrian government forces have announced having taken Deir ez-Zor from Islamic State, Delo writes on Saturday that President Bashar al-Assad is the winner of the war in Syria, although this does not mean the war is over.
