Initiative for health services act referendum fails

Ljubljana, 6 November - The proponents of a referendum on changes to the health services act, which most notably regulate concessions for private practitioners, have failed to collect the 40,000 signatures needed to secure the public vote. The group announced it would challenge the changes at the Constitutional Court.
