Constitutional Court rejects petitions on rail upgrade project

Ljubljana, 7 November - The Constitutional Court has rejected two requests for review of legislation related to the referendum campaign on the government-sponsored law on the Koper-Divača rail project, which were filed by a taxpayer group that had initiated the 22 September referendum.
