Večer calls for action on climate change

Maribor, 8 November - Commenting on the on-going UN climate change conference in Bonn, the newspaper Večer says in Wednesday's commentary that the rules that will be set there will carry an important message for the poorest countries which want the rich countries to financially support their efforts to mitigate the effects of global climate change.
