Health minister says system not in disarray as presented

Ljubljana, 8 November - Health Minister Milojka Kolar Celarc has told the STA in an interview that the healthcare system is not in disarray as the media and those who "come from certain backgrounds and have certain agendas" want to present it. "But I'm not saying that the healthcare system is without flaws and that it cannot be improved".
