Ljubljana/Vatican City, 9 November - Apostolic Nuncio Juliusz Janusz has complained to Pope Francis about the failure of the Slovenian government to provide full state funding for private primary schools as required by the Constitution. While the government maintains relations are good, Slovenia also stands accused of not honouring the 2001 agreement with the Holy See.
