Slovenia to propose NLB compensation to state instead of sale in Balkans

Ljubljana, 9 November - Deciding on how to proceed in the stalled privatisation of NLB, the government agreed on Thursday to propose to the European Commission to have the bank make up for the 2013 state aid by paying compensation to the state instead of selling its Balkan subsidiaries.
