Janša congratulates Pahor, notes low turnout

Ljubljana, 12 November - Janez Janša, the leader of the opposition Democrats (SDS), has congratulated incumbent President Borut Pahor on winning his second term on Sunday, while noting in a tweet that the "turnout was below the level of legitimacy he set himself, but at least his challenger was not a candidate in prison".
