Luka Koper to hold extraordinary AGM on 14 December
Koper, 13 November - The supervisory board of port operator Luka Koper called on Monday an extraordinary shareholders' meeting for 14 December to appoint a new auditor for the 2017-2019 period and to discuss the findings of a special audit report on the port operator's deals with providers of port services.
