Delo welcomes PESCO

Ljubljana, 14 November - The newspaper Delo welcomes in Tuesday's commentary the commitment of 23 EU members to deepen their defence cooperation under PESCO. "The technical term PESCO is said to mark a more serious approach to establishing a defence Union," the paper says.
