Ljubljana, 17 November - President Borut Pahor was re-elected for a second term on 12 November in a vote marked by a record low turnout of less than 42%. This was however soon overshadowed by the announcement of the opposition SDS that it would impeach PM Miro Cerar after he intervened to prevent the deportation of a Syrian refugee.
